SHIPPING

Orders and Shipping

Wala Swim offers free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. We also offer free returns within the contiguous U.S. We want you to think of your bedroom as our dressing room. Buy what you want, we’ll ship it to you for free, and if you’re not happy with one or more of your items, send them back in our easy return envelope free of charge.

Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 days after processing. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order, and are shipped pending order verification and credit card approval.

If you want 2-day guaranteed shipping, that will cost you $20. Next day shipping is $45. For all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS priority mail service for $15.

 

Tracking

We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.

 

International

International shipping is available to Canada and Australia. Please select your country in the checkout process and follow the steps. For all other countries, please contact customer service and we’ll work with you to attempt to ship to your location.

Orders to Canada will ship via USPS Priority Mail Express International ($30 or complimentary for orders of $200 or more) and will usually take 3-5 business days once processed and shipped. Orders to Australia ($40) will ship via USPS Priority Mail International and will usually take 6-10 business days once processed and shipped.

All International orders are final sale. Unfortunately we cannot accept international returns for any reason.

Wala Swim is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be levied on international orders. All such costs shall be paid you, if applicable. In the event a package is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all shipping, taxes, customs and duties to and from your country.

Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipping to customers in New York.

Pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase and subsequently shipped once available.

ORDER STATUS

To check the status of your order, please Login to your account and follow the instructions in Your Orders.

RETURNS

We stand by our products all the way. We want / need / require you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with the tags still in tact.

If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to you at your expense.

Returns are accepted when shipped back within 10 days of receipt of your package. To process a return, please head on over to our returns portal and follow the on-screen instructions.

Return shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. (Return shipments from Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico will incur a $15 shipping charge). You will be able to print a pre-paid label by following the prompts in Your Orders. Print out the pre-paid USPS return label, and be sure to remove all old labels/stickers. Drop off your return at a U.S. Post Office, an authorized USPS dropbox, or schedule a home package pickup directly with USPS.

Final Sale: No Returns
All items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned for any reason. Shipping on these items is still free, as on all Wala items.

All international orders are final sale and may not be returned for any reason.

Quality Notations

Wala Swim carries the best swimsuits in the world. Sometimes that means fabrics and products that are delicate. In order to sustain our high quality standards for each customer, please be sure to handle each product with special care. For hygienic and health purposes, please make sure that all swimwear is tried on over your underwear. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged, nullifying the possibility of a return. Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or molded cup garments, as well as beaded or hardware embellished styles must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the item.

In the rare instance that defective merchandise is received, Wala Swim is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines. Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery. If an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please keep the damaged bag to be returned along with the damaged goods. (Since different screens have different resolutions, colors may vary from screen to suit. These differences, along with fabric layout and placement are not considered a defect.)

Our Wala Swim packaging comes with an easy, re-sealable strip on the bag for your convenience. That means no searching around for old boxes. We’re one step ahead of you.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges: For efficiency purposes, we do not offer exchanges. Return the items you do not want using our pre-paid USPS label and simply place a new order, which will ensure that you’ll get the correct item as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return, we’ll be sure to credit your account immediately. Remember, all shipping is on us!
